Making the sale was the hard part, now all Henry had to do was get on the road and go down Route 66 with his family. With everyone packed and ready to go, the Eversons started their family trip, and they would soon find out that this trip would change them forever…
It was about an hour into the trip that the first major change happened. The road started to pass through some farmland as they saw a mass abundance of cows in the fields. Rick and Sam were the first to notice this and said, “Man, that sure is a lot of cows huh Dad?” Henry took a moment to survey the area. “You’re right Rick, the farmer must have some good breeders, with all this land, I don’t see why he didn’t make some of it into crops.” Linda then chimed in, “Maybe this is their specialty is breeding dairy and beef, I’ll make a note of this and tell it to my students.” Debra just sighed, her phone lost service once they entered the farmland, so she was just stuck taking selfies. Sam was the one to put a pause on their progress, “Can we stop and get something to eat? I’m getting hungry.” Debra chimed in, “No one told you to eat all the snacks right now anyway, you greedy fatty.” Linda scolded her, “Now Debby, be nice to your brother. He’s a growing boy and needs his nutrients just like you do. You could use some meat in your bones instead of following those silly trends, I’ve told you they aren’t role models.” Debra rolled her eyes. None of the family batted an eye at Sam, for they would have seen the boy had gained some significant weight from the few car snacks. Taking a moment to stretch their legs, the family left the vehicle and restocked on snacks from the local farmer: cheese, milk, beef jerky, ice cream, the works. Debra took a family picture on her phone to commentate their first stop. Sam was noticeably shy and kept his head down for the picture, hoping no one would notice his rounder body.
Back in the road, the family chowed down on their new snacks, all of them getting an odd hunger from the farm. Henry kept driving, but snack while he drove. The Eversons soon took on a rounder, softer look, Sam being noteably pudgy now with his clothes no longer covering his gut and his thighs stretching his pants. His hair grew in length and took on a lighter shade than before they left, but no one said anything about it. With the whole family on the bigger side…
