You are a fountain. You have been given sacrifices and attached to an item of power. You know this, because somebody smacked you on your shiny new attachment (a Chaz? sure, let's call it that) before getting metallicized themselves (a Brett??).
Understanding flows into you. It appears these two gratuitous agents are the result of an accident, or possibly a very pointed 'wish you could feel what it was like to be stuck up here too'. Well, you're not exactly a wishing well, but the magic item that phased into you says go with it so you're going to go with it. Since the Brett froze up on you, you'll just have to use your newfound power to reposition it. First, those clothes definitely don't go with the artistic nude style, so you'll remove them in exchange for excess material. Second, the Brett was right that there's just not a good position for the Chaz, it's too dynamic and wants to move. You try repositioning the Chaz to spray the Brett, but that just looks dumb. It gets an amused reaction from the otherwise passive Chaz and a displeased one from the Brett. You suspect both are bad at being statues, so you try modulating them into machinery. That's what the spray tubes are for, right? And you can use magic to make the bronze more flexible. Magic items sure are convenient. Since you're one by extension, does that make you convenient? You're just a fountain, you're not really sure.
Besides the adjustment to material properties and proper flow piping, you'll have to make some other modifications. You reroute the Brett so that it outputs into the back end of the Chaz, who outputs into the fountain, making use of some legacy information to advance the transfer protocol via enlarging the transfer tube and solidifying connection. Adjusting for increased throughput, you apply a similar modification to the Chaz. This finally gets positive results from the both of them, though you'll still have to move them around more drastically from time to time a light back and forth piston motion seems quite acceptable for now. You could control them to move a lot more than this, even so much as to leave the fountain's area, or to reform into some other object, but that can wait for now.
The Brett had considered a number of other possible modifications to the Chaz before its assimilation, and you vaguely contemplate these. Several are applicable modifications to the water supply as well as the statuary, and the magic item provides significant other ideas. Most are transformative, and transformative in a way that sparks interest. A fountain isn't used to feeling that sort of interest, but...somehow, the Brett and Chaz being trapped within your form constitute a 'perpetual sacrifice initiative', granting you energy to continue transforming them and others. And a fountain is best off projecting that sort of energy.
