Jeff then remembered that his brother “Jared” would be turning 12 the next day, “I could transform myself into a present for him,” he says to himself. The 16-year-old thinks for a while, “now, what would his dream gift be? A racing car? A action figure or something else,” knowing his brother it could be anything and everything. The teen thinks and thinks, “Jared is outside a lot,” he mumbles to himself, “he really enjoys the nature and having fun with his friends. I know he started doing parkour and I once overheard him telling his friends how cool it would be to have a drone which would film them doing parkour”.
Jeff smiles as he nods, “I think a drone would be the best gift,” he says, “so that is what I'll become, but for how long? It is Friday so I'd say until Sunday”. Jeff starts typing and editing his stats, he keeps his awareness intact, he sets the duration of the transformation to last 48 hours. When it comes to designing the “drone”, Jeff recalls that Jared's favorite color is a nice royal-blue, he adds silver flame highlights and chooses a quadcopter drone with a HD camera. Jeff then finds a section, which allows the transformed subject to be wrapped up as a gift, so the teen selects “birthday wrapping”. He then selects as “location for gift” his desk, so that Jared will easily find it, lastly he selects the time of the transformation to take two hours, so that he can watch himself changing.
He then writes a note to his brother: “Happy birthday Jared, I am sorry that I can not be there on your big day, but I got you something great, you can find it in my room standing on my desk. I hope you'll like it. Lots of love, your brother Jeff”. Jeff then heads into his brother's room and lies the note on his desk, he then returns to his room and has one final look at the settings, satisfied Jeff hits the confirmation button.
Jeff feels a strange tingle run through his body, almost like pens and needles, then suddenly his clothes vanish. The teen hurries to his full length mirror, so that he can watch the transformation, 'what will change first', he wonders.
