While Jeff is reliving himself, his dad Mike walks into his son's room, “Jeff, I need...,” he starts, but then realizes that Jeff is not in his room, “where the hell is the boy when I need him,” he asks himself with a sigh. Mike is about to leave, when he notices Jeff's computer is running and a strange looking program is open. Being a curious man, Mike sits down at Jeff's computer, “what is this,” he asks, “it looks like a online shopping website. They sell clothing, toys and even vehicles... hm... I could do with a new car”. Mike clicks on the “vehicle” file and a pop up window opens, there is a message at the top of the window, it says: “Welcome to the vehicle ordering and purchase site. Here you can either order a car, purchase a car or even customize your dream car, please choose your category to continue”.

“Hmm... so apparently I can customize my dream car? That would be sweet,” Mike mutters to himself, “I am tired of that old rusty Jeep, I have nothing but issues with it”. Mike had bought the Jeep from a man who was the third owner, so the Jeep was not in good shape and had thousands of miles on the clock, but it was cheap. Since buying the Jeep, Mike started saving some cash to buy a better off-road car. “I really want a car that has no issues and has everything I dream of,” the man says, “I heard the best off-road car is the Nissan Titan V8”.

Mike selects the customizing option and selects Nissan, then he scrolls through the models until he finds the right model. He opens the file and a message pops up, it says: “Welcome to the customizing option. You have chosen the manufacture and model of your dream car. On this site you can design the interior, choose the color and add special features to make your dream car unique. When finished, you are able to choose a dealership of the manufacture nearest to you, your new car will be awaiting you there. We wish you lots of fun”.

Jeff's dad beams, he then cracks his knuckles and says, “let's get started! First the color, I want a beautiful royal-blue in metallic look with silver flames highlights on the hood, sides and flatbed,” the man starts typing. “Next I want the interior to be black and I want black leather seats with blue flames,” he continues, “a on-board computer with a big screen on which I can watch movies, also it needs a CD and DVD player and of course the best of the best sound system”. Mike continues to type and design his car, soon only that is left is for Mike to choose a date on which the car should be ready for pick up. “Hm... I have holiday in two weeks,” he says to himself, “if the car is done by then, I could grab a few friends and we could have a great camping trip, Jeff would love that”. After entering the date of pick up, Mike next chooses the nearest Nissan Car-Dealership, which is located about two miles from where he lives.

After filling out the form and checking it, Mike clicks on “confirm customization”, a new window opens, which shows a 3D graphic of the car Mike designed, “I. Love. It,” he says. Mike clicks “continue” and a new window opens, the message reads, “just one more thing, before the order is sent to the manufacture. Do you wish to connect the program to your car?”

Mike raises an eyebrow, “weird, I don't understand what that means,” he mumbles, “I don't want any malware on the computer in my new car”. Jeff's dad then presses on “send order” and a new message pops up: “thank you! Now please enter your e-mail address, so that we can send you your personal reservation number. Just show the clerk at your dealership the slip and you'll be driving home in your new and customized car”.

Jeff's dad enters his e-mail and confirms it, the window then changes back to the starting page, and Mike gets up from the computer, “I can't wait,” he says, a huge smile on his face, “man, I feel like a giddy little 10-year-old”.

Mike is so excited, that he does not even seem to realize that the program has not asked for an payment option. Jeff's dad is unaware of what he had done, the “odering site” is about to turn his son into his dream car.

The Chronivac makes a few automatic changes to Jeff's profile, it first enables Jeff to have control over his soon-to-be new body. It keeps the boy's awareness intact, so Jeff will experience everything but he would not be able to stop the transformation or control his new body. The Chronivac then alters the reality a bit, Jeff still exists, but no one will know that Jeff is the car of his dad. Since the program has to “send” Jeff to the car-dealer, which Mike had chosen, it has to alter the reality, so that a naked boy, kneeling and slowly transforming into a car in the dealer's parking lot does not look out of place. People passing by will simply ignore the changing boy and assume that he is a normal car.

On his way back to his room, Jeff suddenly feels strange, a strange tingling sensation runs through his body. The boy feels the urge to take off all his clothes, and leave the house, 'wh-what is going on,' he asks himself, 'wh-why am I naked and WHY am I leaving the house NAKED?!'.
