You pick up a pamphlet explaining that the cigars are a new method of delivering a pregnancy drug to gay men. You haven't heard of any such thing and you don't see how it could be real, since magic doesn't even exist! But then you read on further and the pamphlet explains that the clinic is a community service project of Pleasure Island to bring some medical magic to people who don't have magic. The rest of Pleasure Island is very different from here, though it doesn't explain how different it is.
"I didn't have this in mind!" you yell at a nurse.
"Then why did you come in here?" she says. "It says 'Maternity Clinic' right on the sign! You can't miss it."
You and the boy talk, and you learn that he's 13 too. His name is Lou and he lives a block down the road from you. And of course, now he's the mother of your child. You and him decide to flee with your child, and you grab a box of cigars in case you need to prove what happened to you. Nobody stops you and soon you reach the boat.
