Arianne was a regular 18 year old girl. She enjoyed living her life as a high school student and hanged out with a lot of her friends during her free time. She's always had a strained relationship with Ruben, her dad. Ruben was an uptight 45 year old man who worked as an employee in a business firm. Doctor Grugger is aware of Ruben's desires. He was his doctor after all, and on one occasion Ruben slipped up and mentioned him about his hidden desires. Nothing ever came out of this until one night, Ruben and Arianne found themselves strapped in a metallic bed.
"You both must be wondering what you're doing here? You see, both of you will be a part of something monumental" Doctor Grugger said with so much pride in his voice.
"Doctor Grugger, what are you doing? Unstrap us this instance!" said Ruben in a voice that is mixed with assertiveness and fear.
"What are you being mad at me for? I'm simply fulfilling your wish. Didn't you tell me you wanted to carry a child? Now I'm going to fulfill that wish. You see, I am in the cusp of a breakthrough and you two are going to be my test subjects" said Doctor Grugger while preparing a couple of syringes.
"You're insane, what are you planning to do with us?" said Arianne who finally snapped out of her initial shock
"Arianne, you're going to make your dad's wishes come true. You're going to help him become a mother" said the doctor with a mocking tone in his voice.
"What the hell are you talking about, you psycho" screamed Arianne.
"I'm going to give you a gist of what I'll do. You will be generously providing your sex organs to your dad in order to fulfill his fantasies of being a biological woman. At the same time, we can't have you be sexless. That's why I plan to transplant your dad's penis and his other sex organs to your body as well. Don't worry, I took out your breasts before you woke up and gave your breast tissues to your dad. Your procedure is already halfway there" said the doctor in a calm manner
Arianne then realized what the doctor said was true. She had difficulties looking at her chest, but when she caught sight of it, she noticed the absence of a lump that she's familiar with. At the same time, Ruben also looked at his chest and saw how there's a mound there that wasn't supposed originally present.
"You're insane, you wont get away with this you lunatic" said Ruben while trying to get himself out of his restraints.
"Don't worry, after this procedure is done, none of you will ever remember any of this. I'll give you a hint, everyone already thinks you're both dead. After we're done, both of you will assume entirely new identities and I'll let you both go" the doctor said while gently injecting Arianne with a syringe.
"Why are you doing this doctor? What have we ever done to you?" asked Ruben
"You've done nothing but good, that's why I'm rewarding you. I'm rewarding you with the gift of motherhood, and you'll also have a new son. You're bored with your old life anyway, so this is going to be a welcome change for you" said the doctor in a cheerful tone while slowly injecting something unto Ruben's neck
With the dad and daughter being fast asleep, the doctor started to get to work by taking out each other's genitals and meticulously transplanting them to each other's bodies.
