Bobby Thomson stood outside of the two story house as his parents sped away towards the airport. He knocks on the door twice, and not even a second passes before Aunt Marla, his mother's older sister, opens the door, with her sholder cut blond and gray hair flowing, and he perfect teeth shining bright in Bobby's face,
"Bobby, it is so nice to see you!" Aunt Marla exclaims as she gives you a hug. Bobby gives an annoyed look, but responds in that fake joyfulness that every teenager knows.
"Yes, Good to see you too."
"We are going to have such a great time for this week."
Yeah, Great. Bobby thinks. He didn't mind his Aunt, but he didn't know how he would handle her for a week.
"Why don't you drop your bags into the guest room?"
Bobby nods and heads to the mysterious guest room. Of all the times he had been here, he had never stepped foot into it. And when he entered, he found it surprisingly bland. The room almost looked as if it was easily adaptable, but he brushed off this feeling and put his bags onto the bed. He looked at the clock. 9:43. Man, he got here late. He would have a quick snack with Marla before he headed to bed. He was extremely tired.
In his brief time eating, he found that his Uncle would be out of commision for the week as well, as he was out on a golfing trip through the southwestern USA. Great. It was just Bobby and Marla for the rest of the week. Bobby quickly excused himself and was in bed by 10:30. He couldn't imagine how boring this week would be.
