The magic shop had a little display in the counter by the cash register. You grabbed one out of curiosity. It was a download code for a phone app that would change one thing about anything.
You found the app in the store and downloaded and entered the code. It opened on your phone and asked if you’d like to view the tutorial. Curiously, you selected yes.
The basics:
* uses location data to pull up a map of everything within 50 feet.
* select target and app will return a sentence describing the target
* you may edit one word in the sentence
* reality will shift to reflect the changes
* you, and everyone else are unaware of the changes
An image of a map came up on your phones screen. It was a tutorial. The tutorial showed how to select a target and return a sentence. It used an elderly man at a bus stop as an example.
Select target and hit “return description. Description will be randomly generated but always 100% accurate.”
It returned a sentence about the old man. “An 85 year old white man awaiting the bus.”
It showed you how you could change one word.
You could replace “85” with “25” and the man would have been younger. You could replace “man” with “woman” and there would now have always been a woman. You could change “awaiting” to “driving” and the man was suddenly the bus driver. You could change “bus” to “reaper” and the man would soon die!
Only change one word at a time. You must regenerate the sentence each time. Have fun.
The app dumps you to the main screen. You should play around with this. No way it actually works but it sounds like a bit of a laugh.
