Growing up in the city can be rough. You can easily find homeless bums on the streets, people are constantly stealing from stores, and it can even turn into some extremely crime heavy game on some random day. Turns out a certain major city got turned into a slightly futuristic rpg where the main ways of getting anything is by holding a gun at someone. Well that's slightly hyperbole, but outside of talking to other player characters most of the in game mechanics would lead to most players committing crimes to get money since anyone with a stable job in San Francisco were NPC's and every PC would have to find ways to take what they wanted from the NPCs.
Game Mechanics:
Steal Anything (except from other PC's, PvP is available but must be between consenting PCs)
Become a Crime Lord in a Syndicate
Too many Crimes for the Police to do anything
Level up, Increase your attributes, and gain perks.
Attributes:
Strength. Be stronger, be more threatening, carry more things, PUNCH!
Dexterity. Be nimble, let no one notice you, be faster, have better control over your own body
Constitution. Be durable, chug poison like its nothing, run forever, who needs sleep?
Smarts. Be... smart..., make borderline sci-fi shit, hack anything, Actually understand the stock market!
Charisma. Be beautiful, convince anyone to do anything, everyone will believe you, Ooze attractiveness
Luck. Be lucky, Things will just happen in your favor... that's kind of it.
