Mike walked in the eerily silent park, when it started to rain heavily. He quickly looked for shelter, as it was very cold that day, and he may suffer from hypothermia. The trees don't provide him protection, as the winds are picking up. A few minutes of looking for a shelter, he found an old abandoned house in the middle of the forest, which was nearby the open park. Fortunately, no one seems to own or use the area, as it is abandoned and the door is loose. Clothes wet, he went inside until the storm that seemingly appeared out of nowhere would stop. He closed the windows so the cold stormy wind wouldn't get inside. Mike have to dry his clothes so he stripped off his wet shirt and pants until he's only in his black underwear. He hung his wet clothes in a thread to dry. Fortunately, the bag he brought have the materials to create a small fire, to keep him warm until the storm stops. The teenager checked his phone, no signal. He made a small fire while opening one of the windows just to keep an air circulation inside the house.
Hours had passed by, but the storm doesn't seem to cease. It's getting dark as well, so might as well spend the night here, he thought.
"Man this storm doesn't know how to stop." Mike said jokingly, as the storm continues to pour down into the area.
"Fortunately, I found this home." He added.
Bored, he explored the house. Not a lot to unpack, some old wood, wooden tables, some tools, the basic construction house stuff. Judging by the house's condition, it seems abandoned.
