Jessie looked around her own room in awe. It seemed so much bigger when she was like this. As a 16 year old girl she was about 5' 7, so it was incredibly jarring to see the world from a cat that can only see a foot off the ground. When she tries to walk around she falls on her face, it's a really strange feeling trying to walk on four legs, it's completely different. Eventually though, she gets the hang of it, although she is still very wobbly on her new paws.
She tries to explore her house and see what it looks like from this view but she forgot to leave the door open, so she's stuck in her room. "No biggie", she thinks (seeing as all that comes out are meows), "I'll just change back and open the door to explore".
As jessie tries to reach up to her collar to transform back, she notices how different her body moves since she now has the body of a cat, she moves like a cat too. Which means that she has the same restrictions that a normal cat does. She is physically unable to move her paw up to her collar to undo it. And even if she could she wouldnt be able to undo it with her lack of opposable thumbs.
'That's fine' she thinks, 'I'll just call for help' , this'll be difficult to explain but it's better than nothing '. She screams for her mother to come and help, but all she heard is a few catlike screeches. 'Oh god, I can't talk'.
The situation has gotten a lot more dire at this point. Jessie turned herself into a cat, she's trapped in her room, she physically can't take off the collar keeping her like this, and nobody is able to understand a thing she says. What on earth is she going to do?
