Marco crept into the gym with the book, trying not to look suspicious... He spotted a scale over at the side of the gym and sauntered toward it. He hadn't weighed his new body yet. He stepped on and adjusted everything... 300 pounds. Wow, that was way under what he thought he was... maybe he was a bad judge of size. Either way, he was still pretty damn big. He placed the book on a bench and looked around the gym for someone to test it out on. Before he got the chance, he heard a voice from behind him.
"Damn, you're a big one, aren't you?" Marco turned around and saw a young man with an athletic build behind him. "You're like... a professional aren't you?" Marco grinned "Not exactly."
The young man continued. "So, how did you get this big? 'Roids or something?" Marco shook his head. "I owe it all to this little book." He said, motioning to the book beside him. The young man looked puzzled "So, what? Is it like the bodybuilders bible or something?" Marco grinned again... looks like he found his test subject. "Let me show you." Marco said as he reached down for the book. Quickly though, it was out of his grasp, and the young man was looking through it.
"Just looks like some coked out poetry to me, man." He said, then stopped on a page. "Like this one." Marcos eyes went wide, the guy could be reading any spell. The young man began to read aloud.
"A swelling body sits before you.
a hulking frame increasing.
Muscles growing to a freakish size.
the biggest muscles ever, win the prize."
Marco began to worry... a swelling body before him? That was directed at him! He felt a tingling spread across his body again, and all his muscles began to swell. Marco's already beefy body began to grow, his pecs thickened, his biceps pumped, his quads grew. He felt his muscular ass slowly growing out of his shorts. The young man dropped the book and backed away, fearing what was happening to marco. His already exposed lower abs grew outward slightly, and his beefy chest lifted his shirt up even further. His growing lats started to pop the seams on the shirts sides. He went to pull the shirt off, but couldn't bend his elbows far enough to grab the collar. The shirt began to tear.
"Oh no!" Marco said in his mind, fearing how big he was going to get. He attempted to bend over to get his book, just barely being able to. He snatched the book up and his shirt tore in half, falling to the ground. His body was clearly visible now. The young man was simply gaping at him. Marco heard his shorts beginning to tear. He ran as best he could for the door, his thighs hitting together with each step. He ran his fastest and squeezed his body through the seemingly smaller door. As he ran out, the shorts popped and fell, and he was left running in the nude. He had forgotten about shrinking his dick, and now noticed how small it was as he ran. Bounding down the street, he turned into an alley and hit behind a garbage bin.
Marco sat there, simply growing larger and larger. He was impossibly big now. Easily 500 pounds... no, at least 600. Maybe more. He wasn't stopping either. Marco was slowly losing the ability to move. He just kept growing and growing. His chest must've been 10 feet around. He was fighting to keep moving, eventually, he stopped swelling, but he had reached hulk like proportions. He lifted himself up, now knowing that h was actually larger than the dumpster he hid behind, and attempted to walk away. Every step took effort, but he eventually found his way to a more concealed area.
No big deal, he thought. He could look up a muscle shrinking spell in the book... but he couldn't bend his arms enough to look at it. He was too musclebound to even save himself. He was stuck in the alley, enormous, naked, all over huge. Hung like an elf. What was he going to do?
