As the two girls were driving to Krista's home they were talking about what they were going to do if Max was nott able to change back.
"Don't even think like" that Max yelled at Krista "I'm going to change back."
Krista turned to say something when she seen another car coming at them out of the intersection "OH NO" she yelled as the car hit the back end of there car spinning them around and activating the air bags on the car.
As the airbags activated Krista and Max were shoved back and because of the way Max was sitting she hit her head on the side of the car knocking her out.
When Max next opened her eyes it was to see a nurse looking down at her "How are you feeling honey" said the nurse.
Max tried to answer but her throat was dry so it came out all raspy.
The nurse got a glass of water so Max could take a sip then said "just relax and I will get the doctor" as she leaves the room.
Max looked around the room to see she was indeed in a hospital room, she then had a thought as she lifted the blanket to see that now she had on one of the hospital gowns and not her cloths.
Max continued to look around looking for the cloths she had on before when the door opened and a man in a doctors outfit came in.
The doctor walked over to her and started to shine a light in her eyes as he he said "So how are you feeling."
Max said "My head hurts, but everything else seems OK, what happened."
"You were in a car accident and knocked out, you've been out for a few hours" said the doctor.
"What happened to Krista" Max asked.
"Don't worry your friend is OK, so can you tell me your name."
Max thought for a second about what to say, not knowinh what Krista might have told them.
