Now that the eight boys were merged together into a pair of tall, four-headed basketball players, they wanted to try another round of the game. However, there were some concerns, not just about coordination, but also about needing a court big enough for players that were seventeen feet tall, as well as a rule that five players needed to present on the court, and that a team traditionally consisted of twelve players.
Taking these requests into account, Ty used his power to make a few more wishes. When everything was taken care of, the group was standing in a large basketball court with a very high roof. There were two bodies on the court, each of them now having five heads instead of four: Ty had given his team a fifth head named Joe, and Dustin's team a head named Leo. The conjoined teams also had ten arms and ten legs each, one pair for every player, and Ty had made sure that both teams were perfectly coordinated with twenty limbs. Standing on the sidelines were fourteen other guys that were just as tall as they were: each team had seven other players, ones that could easily be switched out and merge with their teammates, complete with the necessary coordination. Ty had wished all of them into existence as well, purely so they could serve as players and engage in as much mixing and matching as possible
The two teams prepared themselves, wiggling fingers, flexing arms, spreading legs, and so on. Each of them wanted to be ready at a moment's notice for anything the other time could and would throw at them. A referee—also created by Ty—stood by with his whistle and the ball, sensing the anticipation of the group.
With one swift movement, the ball ascended into the air, and both teams leaped up to reach for it. The game was on.
