Becoming a Product Demonstrator is easy enough management is always looking for volunteers among existing staff or new hires willing to join the team. And management has a very clear cut policies to protect the company and you. All a Product Demonstrator needs to do is follow the policies outlined in the informed consent forms:
1. Always follow the customers instructions and requests provided they are not in violation of store policy or applicable laws.*
2. Keep your badge with you at all times.**
3. Don't forget to ask customers to revert any changes after they are they are finished.***
4. Never leave the store while being affected by unreverted changes or attempt to utilize the implant offsite.****
*If faced with an improper requests you should press manager assistance button located on the badge. Improper use of this button subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
**Lost badges are replaced at the employee's expense and subject to shipping and handling.
***Requests for management to revert changes after a customer has finished may only be made during your scheduled break times or at the end of your shift to avoid excessive time off the floor.
****Failure to abide by this policy will result in immediate termination of employment and implant functionality. Appeals based on mitigating circumstances must be made through arbitration at employee's expense.
