By this time, Mardi Graz was officially over, so people were working on keeping their inhibitions in check. Of course, some were having more control and others were having more problems.
---
In terms of having problems, Muxing was having the most problems. This was due to a Chinese tree viper being uplifted for having two heads, but she was (seemingly) the last one to find out that it was a male. While she had developed a reputation of "having sworn off men", the two-headed snake Animalian was really putting that to the test. While he did seem nice, Muxing still wasn't going to "bed" him, as some people commented on the website.

In terms of having less problems, Miss Juliet was getting the new Blackjack dealers oriented in Belles Bêtes when someone (most likely a "Karen", as she understood the term) started an argument with an older French gentleman, who was clearly a high functioning alcoholic who didn't give two hoots about pleasing "Karens".
"The customer is king." declared the "Karen".
"We're in France. We decapitate kings." responded the older gentleman, much to the amusement of everyone else.
Afterward, Miss Juliet called him to her office, though it wasn't an official one. While nobody could hear the discussion, Miss Juliet suddenly laughing hard and loud was completely unexpected, not to mention him becoming the new manager of Belles Bêtes. In a way, it did help with dealing with difficult customers, but would become even more effective once Miss Juliet got him sponsorship for his conversion.

There was also an unofficial sneak peek of the new Animalia Colonies which would officially open during the summer events: Aeaea, in the Greek Isles; and the City of Kings in India. Both of them were heavily shaped by their country's mythologies, some parts of which were more confusing, but only to those who were either more focused on the "sleazier" parts of mythology, or only knew things from "popular myth".
---
There were also a few things that were considered mixed. One of which was the new restaurant that "Bull" worked at moving to Heiya Island due to "organized crime". Though nobody really knew the finer details, there were plenty of "sensationalists", "conspiracy theorists", and the like who would attempt to blow things way out of proportion from what they really were. Fortunately, these were shown, via clever comebacks, to be so obsessed with their stories that "they didn't know their right hands from the lefts.", as one rational mind said.
