With the vast quantity of new smells to sniff and the fact that she didn't need to remain leashed while inside the enclosure, Cina could hardly contain her excitement. Luke seemed to be of the same opinion as her too. So when her mom uncapped the leash from her collar, Cina began running around the park as fast as she could.
The collie part of her was thuroghly enjoying the open space to just run around freely. She may still have her human intelligence, but her body being half collie meant that she occasionally had to simply succumb to her more canine whims. She was having fun anyways, so she stopped thinking about it.
As she lapped the perimeter, she came across a scent and stopped. She lowered herself to the ground and took a long sniff of a spot on the ground. Then she crawled forwards a little bit and stood back up. She then squatted and peed a small bit on the spot she just sniffed. She then ran for a bit more, and marked another spot a few feet away in the same manner.
In a manner of minutes, she had marked several spots of the enclosure and was feeling quite satisfied with her efforts for some unkmown reason. She then heard her Mom whistle and felt the need to find her. So she began running towards the sound and sat down in front of her Mom once she found her. To her excitement, her Mom had brought a toy for her. A Frisbee.
She knew what was going to happen next. And she knew that the moment the Frisbee left her Mom's hands, that she would be completely powerless to stop herself from chasing after it. Her dog half's will was incredibly potent when it came to stuff like this. And it easily overpowered her human half's ability to make rational decisions.
So when her Mom began to wind up, Cina lept onto her feet and got herself ready. Then watched her mom throw the Frisbee, only taking off to chase after it the moment it left her hands. She was fast enough to catch upto it and without thinking, jumped and tried catching it in her mouth. To her surprise, she actually managed to do it and landed gracefully with the disk hanging from her mouth. She then ran right back to give it to her Mom, only to have it be thrown once again. The cycle repeated several times, and only stopped once her Mom's arm got tired.
Meanwhile, Luke simply watched his mate play around from a sunny spot under a tree. Since he couldn't hope to ever match his mate in terms of energy supply and endurance, he had opted to just relax in the warm sun instead. That said, he was enjoying himself nonetheless.
After another 30 minutes of chasing the Frisbee and some other objects that her Mom threw for her, Cina was put back on the leash and Luke was too shortly after. As they were about to leave the park, another person came in with their own dog. And as soon as Luke spotted the other dog, Cina felt him move closer into her space. It made her a little excited to see Luke doing this, and welcomed his closer presence wholeheartedly.
Luke became more assertive as the other dog came closer, and Cina's Mom finally said something to him to calm him down. Ultimately, they just walked passed each other without incident, though Luke kept an eye on the other dog until he left his view. Cina definitely found his possessiveness of her attractive and became excited all over again when she remembered that she could actually be pregnant with his pups at this very moment. Then again, it never hurt to be proactive about things, so maybe going at it a few dozen more times just to ensure that she was completely knocked up were in order.
