"Cool!" said Tatiana, letting her fangs extend.
"You know," said Selena, "I've always wondered something about vampires. You bite people to turn them into vampires, and you bite people to feed. How have you not turned the whole world into vampires by now?"

Chloe nodded. She closed her eyes and focused with all her might. After a few minutes, Tatiana and Selena noticed Chloe's body begin to reshape itself. Bones restructured themselves, Chloe's mass shrunk down, and feathers and a beak sprouted. Suddenly, Chloe's vampire body had been replaced by a sand-colored barn owl giddily flapping about the shop.
Morgana nodded approvingly. "Most impressive. Most newly Turned vampires take a few tries before they can shift into their Beast."
Tatiana pumped her fist. "Yeah! Go, Sis! Now, to turn back, just think human thoughts and envision your Beast sinking back into your Inner Darkness."
The barn owl perched on a chair and closed her eyes. After a quick morph, the owl was replaced by Chloe sitting in the chair.
Tatiana gave her sister a thumbs up. "Congrats, Chloe! You crushed it! Welcome to vampirism and Clan von Karnstein. I know this'll sound fucking cheesy, but today is the first day of the rest of your afterlife!"
