Andrew stammered, "Well, I um..."
The young man smiled, "Come on now, out with it."
Scratching the back oh his head with a sheepish smile Andrew continued, "I always liked the Blacksmith Clan from Breath of Fire. Big and Strong -- Grr!" The other man laughed. "You think that's stupid, don't you-- um, what was your name?"
"Joshua. And I don't think it's stupid, I think its kinda cute. I'd love to see your Breath of Fire world."
Andrew bushed, "Well, um, my version is umm... a little different. I mean, umm, well, for one thing-- Hey you know you're a nut case, you know?"
Josh grinned and motioned for Andrew to follow, "We'll see. C'mon, this way."
Andrew hesitantly followed, but kept close to Joshua in the crowd. Joshua weaved left and right through the maze going up one fleet of stairs and then down two. The path Joshua was leading him seemed so round-about that Andrew truthfully began to question if Joshua really was "all there."
After fifteen minutes they arrived at a door to a room at a lower level. They had past through a few locked rooms and was far away from the crowds so Andrew was begining to fear for his life. Perhaps the round-about path was to avoid sercurity cameras? What if there was a large tub of acid behind the door and Joshua was going to use his teeth for a a necklace after his remains had been liquified? Andrew felt his heart drop. Why do all the cute ones turn out to be serial killers?
Joshua fiddled with the lock to the door and gave Andrew a warm smile. Andrew felt like throwing up.
