Rather than continue her resistance, Chloe found herself bursting into heavy sobs. It wasn't fair. They were this close to shutting the stupid android off and now she was in the naughty corner because dumb baby Teddy had to poop himself right on top of her.
Hearing the sound of the android changing his diaper, she realized she never should have trusted Carson was still in there. Obviously whatever Teddy did on the console had been a lucky accident. He was just a thumb sucking, pants pooping brat and now what?
The console was gone and even if she got to another one she obviously couldn't trust Teddy to use it. Which left her stuck in Child Accommodations while the Sample was doing who knows what? Had it gotten to anyone else yet?
Teddy looked over at the crying Chloe. He couldn't see her as Kim anymore. Kim was a level headed professional not an over emotional toddler. Of course as he sucked on a pacifier trying in vain not to fidget as his diaper was changed, Teddy was under no illusion that he was himself anymore.
So what did that leave them with? Could a toddler and baby really try to stop the Sample? Maybe they were better off giving up and hoping someone who didn't have accidents or cry at the slightest inconvenience was able to figure this mess out.
