Containment Procedures: Samples of E-016 are to be stored in freezer-safe liquid containment vessels at the Cryogenic Preservation Department of Site-13. Samples should be maintained at a temperature between -0.55 and -1.03 Celsius. Access to E-016 samples is restricted to researchers with Class-3 or higher authorization, and personnel from the Guild of Hunters with a minimum rating of Invictus. Class-3 medical personnel may authorize limited consumption of E-016 by personnel diagnosed with body dysphoria, following extensive physical and psychological testing.
Instances of E-016-A not resulting from authorized medical procedures are to be incapacitated with non-lethal means if possible and secured in an Occultic Entity Containment Cell. Personnel responding to an uncontained E-016-A instance are to make all efforts to report the instance to Occult Studies Oversight. Field Response Unit 6-Omega ("Worse Angels") are responsible for capture and retrieval of E-016-A instances. If FRU 6-Omega is unavailable, efforts should be made to contact personnel of the Guild of Hunters for assistance in neutralization of instances.
Description: E-016 is a white-colored organic fluid, identical in physical composition to human-produced milk. The anomalous effects of E-016 are entire metaphysical, and appear to be derived from its product by instances of E-016-A. Non-transformative properties include apparent resistance to all forms of decay, an unusually sweet taste, and a scent described as having intoxicating effects.
The transformative effects of E-016 are trigged by consumption, whereupon the subject becomes an instance of E-016-A. These effects can be roughly divided into several stages, with advancement dependent on the quantity of E-016 consumed relative to body mass. Other factors affecting progression of stages have been reported to include strength of belief in divine powers; relative prominence of traditionally masculine physical features; and willingness to accept the transformative effects.
Stage 1: E-016-A experiences increased body heat, reduction in muscle mass, and lengthening of head hair. These effects will trigger from consumption of any amount, regardless of relative body mass. Further effects within this stage include a loss of sensation in male sexual organs, if present, and increased sensitivity in the chest and posterior regions.
Stage 2: Any remaining body hair falls out of E-016-A, and any remaining muscle mass experiences substantial reduction. Fatty tissue will begin to accumulate in the chest and posterior, mirroring a further increase to sensitivity in these regions. If present, any male sexual organs will experience total numbing and significant reduction in size. Masculine facial features are smoothed down, with an increase to lip fullness in all cases.
Stage 3: All remaining male sexual organs, if present, will recede completely. If female reproductive organs were not present, these will form on E-016-A, complete with functional internal and external anatomy. Any remaining masculine cosmetic features will similarly recede into feminine equivalent features. Vocal chords will experience a significant shift, resulting in a tone commonly described as smoky and optimized for pleasant listening. The size of the chest and posterior will reach their peak, often much larger than is naturally possible for a human woman.
Stage 4: E-016-A will experience a significant increase in libido, ranging from 400-800% depending on the individual. Skin pigmentation will begin to alter, shifting to various shades of red, pink, purple, or black, again dependent on the individual. The eyes of E-16-A will take on a yellow appearance in the irises, will all other sections of the eyes becoming black. E-16-A will begin to exhibit hypersexualized behavior, and seek sexual relations with any adult sapient creature it encounters.
Stage 5: At this point, the breasts of E-016-A will begin to produce large amounts of E-016. E-016-A will then be compelled to make any sexual partners consume E-16 directly from their breasts, creating a new instance of E-016-A. The entity will commonly consume their own E-016 secretions as well, in order to further advance their transformation.
Stage 6: E-016-A experiences major changes to their physical morphology. These changes include the development of functional bat-like wings from the back; the growth of a spade-end tail approximately 120% the length of a leg; reconfiguration of feet into hoof-like structures; growth of retractable fingernails sufficiently sharp to cut steel; and growth of horns in various configurations from the upper forehead. E-016-A will also gain the ability to manifest metaphysical fire for use as a tool or weapon. This is the maximum attainable stage for the vast majority of E-016-A instances.
Stage 7: E-016-A exhibits significant capabilities to alter the fundamental laws of reality and transverse multiple planes of existence. This stage is believed to be possible only though extreme consumption of E-016 over an extended period of time. No extant instances of E-016-A are currently known to exist; however, current theories postulate that the deity identified by instances of E-007 as the source of their paranatural abilities may have been a prior instance of E-016-A at Stage 7.
