Lucy finished typing in the changes before handing the device over to Emily to double check they were happy.

With the 'correction' made the girls applied their changes and raced over to find Patty again.
Searching around the house they couldn't find her anywhere, until they burst into the bathroom panting from all their running around.
Right in front of them was Patty. Her hair split into two cute pigtails and her modest breasts were covered by what seemed like a larger versions of a childs shirt with a unicorn on it. What surprised Lucy & Emily the most though was that Patty had her legs up in the air and she was naked from the waist down.
"Eeep! Girls why are you here?! I'm still changing myself I-" Patty was cut off from continuing her confused questioning as the sudden embarrassment had caused a new stream of urine to start coming out of her, over the large changing table and onto the ceramic floor with a light splash.
"Ewh our baby sitter made a mess everywhere!" mocked Lucy. "Yeah! Hehe. Maybe she should be the one being babysat instead!" chimed in Emily. The girls continued laughing, oblivious to Patty getting to her feet and coming up from behind them.
"That's enough you two! I don't expect either of you two to understand what happens to a girls body when she gets older and goes through puberty, but this is all perfectly normal!" said Patty crossly. "It wasn't that long ago for me I had finished potty training before the 'puberty leaks' started."
The two girls quickly stopped laughing at what they heard and looked at each other before turning back to Patty.
"Don't you think it's a bit weird your dressed completely like a baby girl?" asked Emily.
Patty looked down at herself and shook her head. "No? Why would I? It's the latest fashion for girls my age." Patty turned and quickly finished putting a new diaper on before showing it to the girls. "See?" Patty handed the girls one of her teen magazines that she kept to one side of the bathroom.
Looking at the crinkled diaper in front of them, the girls saw it had changed from a normal white diaper, to a one more detailed one with rainbow patterns all over it. "Now if you are both finished playing around and behave the rest of the evening, I will still share with you what I have." said Patty. "I just have to get your dinner started first." Patty left the two puzzled girls in the bathroom. As she left, the girls swore they saw her posture was different as she now seemed to push her diaper out further from behind and add with sway to her steps.
"What the heck Emily?? You said you were gonna make it so that she was aware and that reality wasn't gonna be altered??" said Lucy
"Urrr. I must've forgotten while I was talking to you, sorry" said Emily
"Well at least we know how powerful this device is. It was able to not just affect Patty, but the entire world." said Lucy
Looking at the magazine they were given the girls were amazed to see so many different teen girls posing with diapers on and over 'cutsie' clothes and poses.
"I still think she is way to confident for someone walking around like a baby though!" huffed Emily
"So let's fix that shall we?" smiled evily Lucy. "We have even more options now!"
