Earth Day in Animalia and its colonies wasn't all about Earth-themed concerts by Animalian Pop Stars. There were a few things that made things slightly less boring before Summer.

In terms of new colonies, both Aeaea and the City of Kings were ready for their official opening/unveiling as part of the summer events. Abby and her family were unofficially "assigned", since Abby was technically still part of Animalia Ambassadoria, to do coverage of the City of Kings while her family was vacationing there, since it was one of the fastest growing since it was becoming one of the easiest places to get rabies treatments.

In terms of other colonies, the French colony was also one of the fastest growing since it had grown to include a nearby town. While there were those who were initially unhappy about it, mainly those who weren't happy about property values going up, after offering conversions, partly paid for by the European Union, for the town locals, they began to enjoy the idea a little more, though some seemed to think it was more about the new, enhanced "physiques" than anything else.

What was probably the most popular, in terms of internet popularity, was Heiya Island's Great Water Festival. There were more than just the Quasi-Raccoon Cuties doing coverage, though in many cases those who tried to do their own coverage, or be an influencer, ended up ruining their phones. Of course, these videos (which ended suddenly) were getting comments like "put them in rice, it'll help dry them out".

Speaking about people ruining their phones, one newly infamous clip showed a guy trying to impress a female Animalian by attempting to use his smartphone as a makeshift bottle opener, only to break the top off of his phone. That female Animalian's response helped seal the deal.
"I believe that what you're supposed to use is called a 'bottle opener'. That is NOT a bottle opener."

While Dino City was generating a lot of wholesome comments with the "cute" video of John accidently knocking over his sibling with his tail, the news that there was now an "adult studio" in Dino City managed to reach "second place". While most of the negative attention were from "religious organizations", trolls, or both, there were plenty of more level-headed internet users who either exposed the truth behind them, showed infamous stories from the past of hypocritical church organizations, and even a few cases of church groups/sects somehow becoming infamous cults, which was helped along, somewhat, by Evelyn.
What Dino City officially said, through their own PR-MD office was that, while there was a new studio, there were a lot of regulations in place to prevent both contamination, 'escapes', and similar issues. The first Dinotopian Porn Video, King of the Jungle, was already at $350000 of sales, even though it was only available on the Premium Purchases part of the website. This helped knock down the Museum of Creationism a few notches, and some seemed to think this would help bring about a dinosaur-themed casino and strip club in Dino City, though one quick-witted commenter was able to sum it up with his post:
