“I thought you were a big girl, Chloe,” the android said, shaking its head. “Too big for an accident while you were awake. I thought you only needed those training pants when you were sleeping.” Chloe felt humiliated. She merely bowed her head in silent confirmation of her accident.
“Sorry,” she mumbled.
“I know you are. But unfortunately, little girls have to get punished for their mistakes. And peeing your pants is a big mistake,” the android said firmly. Chloe swallowed nervously.
“What punishment?” she asked.
“It’s back to diapers for you,” the android informed her. Chloe’s jaw dropped. She was too shocked to even try to protest, though it would have been futile, as the android picked her up and carried her over to a changing table.
Chloe clenched her hands into fists, desperately trying to hold back her tears as the android removed her soiled training pants and replaced them with a fluffy, white diaper. She tried to comfort herself by noting that the diaper appeared to be a thin one, barely thicker than training pants. It was poor comfort however.
“There!” The android set Chloe down again. Chloe took an experimental step. The diaper rustled with the movement, but it thankfully didn’t seem to restrict her movement as much as a thicker one would. “Now, if you can go three days without an accident while awake, you can go back to training pants, okay?”
“Okay,” Chloe said quietly. The android ruffled Chloe’s hair.
“Cheer up. I know what will make you happier.”
