Colin held Sam’s hand as they walked along the dusty trail, past all the juniper trees.
“So chief, this your first time seeing the canyon?” D asked.
“No, I’ve taken trips here with my family.” Colin said. “This IS someone’s first trip though.”
“Who?” D asked as she looked around.
“My Mom took me and my sister here for girls trips every summer.” Sam said.
“I was a baby last time.” Angela said.
“Colin and I took our first vacation together here.” Lucy said.
So that only left one.
“I am not much of an outdoorswoman…” Marinette said as she stumbled around in heels. “I do not like the dirt… and the heat… and the wild beasts.”
“Oh relax, there’s rangers! The scariest thing here are the elk!” Lucy replied.
“We’re here!!!” Colin said.
“Woah….” Marinette gasped as she loved over the sun kissed majesty of the land.
Colin wrapped his arm around Marinette and lifted her up.
“Okay, let’s take these pics!” Colin said, “Lucy, did you get the tripod?”
“Right here!” Lucy smiled as she it out and set it up.
Marinette took out her phone and set it up before jumping back in Colin’s arms.
Angela walked to his left, standing with her hands behind her back and a small smile. Lucy stood near the front with her arms flexed. Sam stood behind Colin with a friendly smile and wave.
“Okay, three… two… one…” Colin said with a smile.
The camera clicked.
Marinette grabbed her phone and spotted D in the top left corner throwing up devil horns with her tongue out.
“What? I’m not allowed in the photo?” D asked.
“No it’s fine.” Lucy said, “We’ll just say you’re a friend of a friend.”
Sam frowned.
Colin set Marinette down and pulled Sam into a kiss. Lucy made kissy lips at them, Angela sat on a rock and hid her face behind a bird watch book, Marinette held onto her sunhat as she looked over the canyon… and D pressed her ass against a trail maker and grinned at the pair kissing.
“Really had to make that face, didn’t you?” Sam asked.
“It’s fine, just crop it out!” Lucy said. “And hurry up, it’s my turn!”
The short brunette jumped up in her lover’s arms and perched herself on his shoulder. Marinette took a long sip of her iced coffee, Angela used her arm to prop herself up on the trail maker, and Sam stood next to them with a big smile and her hands making a “✌🏻” sign. And then D came up behind her and gave her rabbit ears.
Sam’s eye twitched as the biker chick chuckled quietly.
“One more photo and we can go.” Angela said.
Angela wrapped her arms around his waist and rested her head against his chest. Lucy rested one foot on the rock and held her hand above her eyes, Marinette rested against the trail maker and held her hat to her chest, and Sam.. Sam just stood to the right and looked at the canyon.
D stood to Colin’s left and copied her.
“Okay, that’s everyone.” Lucy said.
“Finally.” Sam huffed.
“What about my picture?” D asked.
“You’ve been in four already!” Sam snapped.
“Besides, we need to go get started on lunch…” Lucy added calmly.
“Come on, one photo, just me and him?” D asked.
“Alright, fine.” Lucy said as she took the biker’s phone and held it up.
“One two three, smile!” Lucy said.
D pulled Colin into a kiss, her breasts squashed against his body, right as the picture was taken.
Sam just glared and sat quietly as Lucy got a fire going.
“If I didn’t know any better, I’d say you were jealous.” Angela said.
They both watched D sit in his lap as Colin tried to play some Kirby.
“I’m fine.” Sam blankly said as she watched Colin get dragged into the RV.
