Getting to Dave's place is easy. He lives three units down from you and two from Lilac. The knight seems to be almost giddy as she advances, and you know it's because she's eager to see what Dave'll end up. It's strange, this party link thing. It lets you sense intentions and feelings, though not actual thoughts; you know what Lilac is doing in a general sense but not specific words. "Lighten up Night," She giggles at her joke, "if I know Dave he'd totally be into this."
That prompts you to roll your eyes. "He Larps, I don't think that means he's down being turned into....whatever we are."
"Trust me Night, I know what I'm doing." She says that with such confidence that you know is entirely unearned. Luke was always a throw caution to the wind sort, and you guess Lilac's similar. Still, you have to admit, a part of you, a rather large part to be honest, can't help but imagine what he'd end up as.
The large woman knocks on the door and gets a called out. "what's up Lilac?" from a male voice on the other side, the man opening the door a few moments later. He's pretty decent looking, despite his somewhat stocky frame and average height, with good cheekbones, messy brownish hair, and a handsome face. But as he talks with Lilac and she gets you both inside the place, your mind can't help but wander to thinking about what he'll end up as. You hope shorter than you.
You're snapped back to reality at an unspoken signal through the party link, Lilac suddenly embracing him from the front and you attacking from the rear, holding him in place. Unlike that involuntary reaction last time, you know exactly what you're doing and it feels better than nice to let yourself relax and let the process take hold, your outfit sticking to him and binding itself in, goop pooling against him as he's overwhelmed by your taller partner's hug. After a good half minute you both stumble back, feeling happily buzzed as the man's upper torso is completely covered, his arms trying to futilely get it away from his face as the black rubbery substance only multiplies.
Soon enough, they're completely covered in an inky black cocoon like you saw Lilac in. And much like her, even though the changes have only started you can already tell that they're going to end up as....
