"Well... based on your resume you are very much qualified for the position." your potential employer said. Mr. Trost appeared to be a tall, tan, and well toned man in a fancy suit. You did your research though and he was some fat nerd who took a gamble funding some special nanomachine tech and it ended up paying dividends in massive ways. "If your willing I'd like to have you join the Lounge and go over everything." You accepted, and then Mr. Trost nodded and said "Well you'll be given a Lounge room that people will rent out. In said room the customers are able to order food, drink, games, and whatever else we may have available. They can chill have fun, and the only thing you are required to do is clean up messes, deliver things that are ordered, and be polite. That said the base pay isn't great, and if you are unpopular we may have to fire you after awhile... So you may want to play along with the customers, but they can't force you to do anything you don't want... Other than cleaning up some really disgusting mess, but if it gets too bad feel free to call for help. The only thing you can't do is harm our guests, even if they want you to. You obviously know our gimmick right?"
You affirmed Mr. Trost's assumption that the Lounge's gimmick was renting a room that was at base lightly furbished, and had a "servant" who had nanomachines coursing through their body that could alter them in many many ways. The servant's build, age, gender, and more was easily alterable... by the servant's will. The nanomachine programming could be halted and reverted by a master control if things got out of hand, but the master control couldn't force a servant to change into something they weren't.
Mr. Trost said "Great... now how about we set-up the idea of what your stage persona is going to be. You don't have to do anything you don't want to, but things have been known to get... weird let's say, and having a stage persona will give you a certain amount of anonymity. Plus if you piss off someone really bad we only have to fire the persona instead of you depending on what happened. Do you need to give it some thought?"
