"How about we watch a movie together?" The boy said with a smile on his face looking at Matthew. "Oh yeah, that sounds good!" Matthew chirped in a warm tone obviously not meaning to.
After Matthew got some snacks from his cupboard they both made their way over to the couch where they both sat down, Matthew sitting close to the Boy who began to notice more changes beginning to appear. He noticed something weird, Matthew was a few inches taller than the boy but now, they were the same height as if Matthew was getting smaller. He also noticed a scar on Matthew's face more of a lack thereof which he had remembered him getting after an incident on the playground when they were 10, the weird thing was it had completely vanished as if it had never existed...
Matthew grabbed the remote and pressed a few buttons opening Netflix and signing into his account. "So, is there anything you wanna w-watch?"
Matthew said massaging his throat after another voice crack, The boy pushed it out of his mind and spoke "Oh, well... have you seen El Camino?"
Matthew tilted his head, "Is that the Breaking Bad thing?" Matthew said in a chirpy tone. "Oh, have you seen the show?" The boy questioned. "Yeah, I watched it during the lockdown." Matthew said again a smile on his face. "Good, then we can watch that." He said a fake smile plastered on his face covering his worried eyes.
"Great!" Matthew said pressing the remote and choosing the film. The boy's heart began to race as he noticed more changes. Matthew's usually sunken eyes were now glowing and shining in the light, his skin was even silkier now, his arms glossy and shiny with no hair in sight. "Oh my God, what the fuck have I done..?" The boy thought to himself as Matthew settled into the couch and got tucked into his first bag of chips.
"Want some?" Matthew said smiling offering the bag to the boy. "Uh, no I'm ok thanks." The boy said to anxious to eat. "Okay, suit yourself I guess," Matthew said as he began to eat.
