'Poetic justice blows,' thought Jared as he felt a tail spring from his spine. Benji, while enjoying Jared's change, was preoccupied with an unusual epiphany.
'Why is it that everyone in this dimension is named Mouse?'
While Benji puzzled over this, he missed seeing Jared's entire body sprouting brown fur. Rob was a little nervous, being reminded of his own transformation.
'What are the mice going to do to me after this is over?'
Of course, Jared was anything but quiet as his face shifted and changed. His hair crawled down his neck and back as he screamed for help, but his cries fell on deaf ears. Sure, maybe if he hadn't changed his former friends into mice and dogs someone might have helped him as he was forced onto all fours. His clothes didn't rip apart like so many others. The mice simply made them disappear. No need for anyone to be suspicious as to his whereabouts. In fact, all evidence of Jared and his rampage was erased. All that remained was a crying donkey in a third-rate zoo's cages. It's really too bad about Rob though. Benji thought he would be too much of a problem, so rather than just letting him live his life, Benji just turned him back into a donkey, permanately. Well, at least they could talk to each other.
Now, that Benji and the other mice had regained the medallion, the real fun could begin.
