Later that day, little baby Henry was taken home by his very happy parents, Paul and Julia, to their less-than-thrilled 5-year-old son Steve.
The only weird thing they really noticed was how strong of a grip the baby had. But they brushed it off as nothing important, focusing on feeding and raising their precious new son.
And that’s what Paul and Julia did. But they didn’t know about the super serum Henry had been injected with. It was an experimental drug that was meant to trigger muscle growth and accelerated aging in the subject. However, it didn’t work entirely as planned, instead leaving Henry with a mutated pituitary gland (never discovered as he never needed X-rays), a slightly larger-than-average for his age bulge, and enhanced strength and stamina as well as an enhanced brain. The aging factor was completely impotent, but something could still change…
For the most part, this didn’t affect the first 12 years of Henry’s life too dramatically. He lived an ordinary life, making friends, joining various sports at times, going to school (where he was eventually placed in the gifted program).
At age 12 (6th grade) he was an ordinary boy in appearance, standing 5’4” and still being fairly skinny (110 pounds) and prepubescent. However, his tousled black hair and his increasingly handsome face meant some of the girls in his class, already in puberty, started to find him attractive.
As for his personality, Henry didn’t really enjoy the company of the other “athletes”, despite being on a team with them when playing football or other such things. He was soft-spoken and intelligent and preferred to be around the nerds, though most everyone considered him pretty popular. Bullies learned not to mess with him, or anyone he stood up for, because despite his appearance he could pack an iron punch.
In his physical education classes, he was always at the front of the pack, because he felt he should perform honestly. The tests they conducted on all students brought out his underlying strength and endurance, and he usually had his classmates beat in all these respects. But in sports he felt the need to hold back somewhat.
But then came the day that changed everything.
It was an ordinary day for Henry. He was in his P.E. class, playing a game of soccer. The ball got away from him for a moment, but that was enough for another boy to take it and kick it as hard as he could. Unfortunately he did so with Henry directly above, launching it like a rocket into poor Henry’s groin.
With a scream, Henry collapsed clutching his crotch, then blacked out from the pain. The coach immediately carried him to the school nurse’s office, laying him on a cot and informing her what had happened. She pulled down his pants and boxers to examine him and was shocked by the bruising already visible. She called his parents to come and take him home, which they did.
Paul and Julia laid him on his bed to rest, removing his pants to let his groin breathe a bit. What they didn’t know was that the stress of the injury had triggered his mutated pituitary gland to begin the real changes of the serum.
After they left, their unconscious son’s body began to transform. He grew a few inches taller, feet pushing out to the end of the bed, peaking at 5’9”. Miraculously, the bruising on his balls disappeared as they started to inflate and his penis elongate and engorge. Henry’s muscles began to swell, larger and larger, looking almost unnatural for his age. His shirt was soon torn to shreds by his new 175-pound body, with pecs like plates of armor, 8 washboard abs, melon-sized biceps, thighs like hams and diamond-shaped thick calves.
Henry began to come to as the pain of his injury and then his growth ebbed away. Groggily, he blinked as he took in his surroundings, but was taken aback as he looked at his new ripped body. Quickly throwing on a massively stretched pair of underwear, he cried out, “Mom, Dad? You’re going to want to see this!”
