"What's a TF-Note?" Harold asks. "In our ancient past, there was a goddess who created a notebook," the Horned God answers. "That notebook was used to change someone into an item, an animal, a different gender, or a different age in general. That notebook, the goddess called was known as the TF-Note."
"What happened to the goddess?" Harold asks. "I was getting to that part," the Horned God answers. "Years after discovering the TF-Note, we decided to take it from her, because the changes would be so powerful for us to destroy the universe. However, the goddess broke free from the prison, and took it back, running away from our home, never to be found, until now that is. The goddess is somewhere in this town, and is now living with a mortal from this school who found the TF-Note."
