as you finish saying the words, a chill goes down your spine as your tailbone begins to grow out, threatening to rip through the seat of your pants in a matter of minutes you lower your pants and underwear to see that your growing a nice thick scally green lizard tail. you kick up your shoes and pull of your socks with your hand and see that your toes are growing claws at the same time as your finger tips. your skin was rapidly growing smooth and leathery before thick green scales grow to plate your body.
"wow, guess I'm a lizard woman now...it didn't seem that invasive..." you think before you hear your foot bones pop and crack as your heels grow up your body and feet elongate, making you fall onto your bed as you watch your legs thicken with muscles and hips widen as your toes fuse into 3 large ones, completing your digigrade legs and paws. You claw at your shirt as your chest barrels outward with a mix of musules and expanded lungs as you feel your nipples fade away and glands in your breasts as they deflate before your eyes. your shoulders broaden as your arms balloon with muscles as they grow longer to better fit your changing frame and height as your nearly 7 foot tall by the end and sporting the framn of an Olympic gymnast.
you remove your ruined T-shirt and bra as you sit up, your tail nearly half as long as you swing around your body, letting you pat it with your scaly rough hands, you feel a tingling in your face and neck. your neck shortens but thicks as you feel your hair srink back into your scalp and the carlinge in your ears are absorbed, leaving you with a pair of holes in the sides of your head, and soon just two holes where your nose used to be. Your tongue forks as you get a nice large set of carnivorous teeth as face grows out into a snout.
You stand up without much trouble as you look over yourself in a full body mirror seeing a pair of slit eyes looking back at you as you passively stick your tongue in and out of your maw, effectively sniffing the air. you do some poses as you test the strength of your new body, flexing your arms and seeing your 8-pack abs twit as it seems all your body fat was consumed in the spell.
