A new kind of 'Peeping Tom'

Wandering the park for a bit, he stumbles across the bathrooms. He takes a moment, thinking it over. "Maybe it would be a good idea..." He steps closer to them, looking at each door, thinking about which one to go in. He debated on going into the girls room, even with the risk of getting caught, and eventually made his choice.

Jeff takes a moment, making sure nobody's watching, before walking over to the girls' bathroom door. With one more check, he opens it, and walks inside, somewhat relieved to not see anyone right away. He couldn't see the sinks, though, so he wasn't entirely sure if he was safe. "Alright, now what to do..."

Jeff thought about it. He could hide in a stall, maybe catch someone as they sit down, or even as they try to change a diaper maybe. Or... perhaps he could sit somewhere else. "There may even be someone already in here..."
