Michelle Johnson was a widow with two twin teenagers, Lilly and Robby. They were both 16 years old, and were sitting in the living room deciding what to do for their summer trip. Michelle had 3 weeks off and always tried so hard to impress the twins with a great trip. Recently, her trips had been disasters. Bad sight seeing and stuff only kids would have enjoyed. Both teens really didn’t really even want to go on vacation. They would rather have stayed home with their friends.
Michelle threw out many ideas and Lilly kept shooting them down. “I don’t understand why we cant have fun on our trips like you two did when you were little? Remember Disney World? The water parks? You two had so much fun!”
Lilly agreed, “Yea, like if we were 5 again I would love to go mom!”
Robby agreed, “We need to do something exciting for a change!”
They all went to bed and Michelle laid down thinking of what to do with her vacation.
At work the next day, a friend of hers heard her depressive story and gave her a magic necklace. Her friend told her how it worked.
“Whoever is wearing the necklace touches an article of clothing. The person then changes into whoever wore the clothing last.” Michelle’s friend smiled saying she had quite some adventures with the necklace and wanted Michelle to enjoy a vacation with her family. “Just remember…you have to wait 12 hours minimum before using the necklace again…it needs to recharge!” Michelle thanked her friend and headed home.
Michelle ran home after work eager to know if her friend was serious about the necklace. She immediately went downstairs and found an old dress she wore when she was 25 and touched it. Seconds later she felt her body slim up and figure regain. She ran to the mirror to see herself 20 years ago staring back!
She was amazed at the changes and got dressed in her old clothes. She went upstairs just as the children were coming home from school and they stared at their mother in awe.
“What the hell mom? You look like 20!”
“I’m actually about 25, I wore this dress to your aunt’s wedding!”
I asked, “How the hell did this happen!?
Michelle explained to the twins about the magic necklace and how it worked. She smiled saying, “We can use this for our trip. Have any ideas?”
