The two of you watch as the puppy and his mother dash away from you and...
Out of the lot.
"Crap. Well, we should probably go after them, shouldn't we?" Keith muses.
He looks down at you. "What're you standing around for? C'mon, you're the one with the tracking capability now, you should be able to catch up to them no problem!" You glance at the car instead, indicating that no, you do not want to be running after two people-turned-dogs and would rather have the comfort of being in a car driven after them. It would be a lot less energy being used, and besides, you don't want to be stuck in this body any longer than you need to be. Hopefully a short car ride will find them, get them fixed, and then you. Keith looks at you and then the at car you're placing your gaze. "Oh, C'mon. You're going to be lazy and have me drive after them or something?"
Keith sighs. "And you're getting on my case all the time. You caused most of this to happen, though. I'm not going to do anything that you want me to do until you help that lady and her kid."
'What?' you bark. 'Help? I'm not someone who knows how to use the keys or how to fix this! How should I "Help"?'
Keith seems unfazed by your very obvious irritation. "You turned me into a dog first, dude. Also something worse. I think It's only fair that I keep you like this until you, at the very least, help find them," he replies. "Like I said, you're the one with the ability to track, now. Use that ability to go after them."
You let out a doggish sigh. You did start messing with the keys first...
You reluctantly sniff the air and catch the scent of who you're supposed to be chasing after. You begin a somewhat clumsy trot following their trail while you're being followed by Keith.
"What?" he asks as you look back at him.
"If you're worrying about the car, Don't. Nobody's gonna steal it. Besides, I haven't gone on a long walk in a while. You're the one who suggested I do something besides watch the game all day."
Turning your attention back to the scents of the bitch and her kid, you continue your less than graceful for a dog trot, eventually getting the hang of it as you exit the lot. Now, you just have to...
You're suddenly hit with even more varied scents as you step out of the lot and it is NOT making tracking the two any easier. Cars go by as you stand in the entrance of the lot, trying to pinpoint where...
Ah!
There!
You manage to catch the scent you're looking for after a while, and begin to trot after them. Then you begin to run. The scent seems faded, which likely means they're far away from here. Which will make it much harder to find them the longer you sit around idle. You hope that the faster you try to find them, the faster you'll get this over with and get everyone back to normal. You just hope that you're still on a good scent trail to follow...
