Luke felt groggy as he slowly began to open his eyes. He yawned and stretched…. Something didn’t feel right. It was like his left side was numb. That didn’t make any sense right? He wasn’t wearing the suit last night, so it wasn’t like he could be attached to someone.
Luke tried to roll to the right, but it felt like trying to move a sack of bricks. He grumbled a bit, then used his right arm to get the blanket off. Wait. That didn’t look right. His left side looked… different. He was too tired to exactly realize what was going on at first, but he soon start putting two and two together. He was conjoined? But how? Who? What the heck?
He didn’t want to turn and look at first, instead biting his tongue and pinching himself to make sure this wasn’t a dream. No. That all hurt. He then tries to sit up quickly. Nope, couldn’t do that.
