Okay, Edwin thought, if you can’t be nice to that kid I’ll just have to give you a reason to. He typed quickly on the Chronovac as Jack the bully moved towards him, fists clenched. He barely had enough time to enter these new stats:
Name: Jaqueline Stewart (maiden name Russell)

Sexuality: Straight
Height: 5’4”
Weight: 125 lbs.

Personality Alteration: On
Edwin engaged the Chronovac. Suddenly looming over him was the woman Jack *would* have been if he had been born a female 30 years ago. Jack, now Jacqueline, was momentarily dazed—taking in her new form, softer attitude, and some new memories.
Edwin had to laugh. The boy who had been terrorizing the nerd was now a somewhat nerdy woman herself, the kind of woman who would have encouraged her son to pursue his interests in sci-fi and role playing games. Jaqueline was pretty, but wore thick glasses along with a soft oversized sweater and mom jeans that both hid and accentuated her motherly frame.
Her hair was done up in a very “mom” style as well: short, shaggy, and voluminous.
“Mom?” the nerd said.
Jaqueline turned around. At first she was furious, but quickly that faded into unconditional love and support for this beautiful boy in front of her. Her boy.
