As Brenda and Sally walked to the exit of the city and the begining of Route 11 they heard an explosion that seemed to come from the hotel. The ran there to see what happened, looking a group of people with futuristic black suits and rainbow lines all over their costume, then a man and a woman of the group turned around looking at Sally and Brenda, revealing that the suit had an infinity symbol on their chest also rainbow coloured.
"This isn't a place for kids, go away and play something with your monsters" the man in suit said.
"Hey! We're adults and we got our first badge!" Brenda angrily said.
"Awwww how cute! You're just starting... How weak!" The woman in suit said.
"What are you doing here, you caused that explotion?" Sally asked.
"Maybe, but for good purposes, this hotel has a secret useful for us under it, the owner didn't want to cooperate so we... Used an alternative method".
"Who are you pair of weirdos?" Brenda asked.
"We!" The man and woman said at the same time, "are the team eternity". "We believe in the eternal fusion between humans and monsters" the man said, "where the limit doesn't exist, and monsters become one with us forever, turning us into a superior species!" The woman followed.
"You can't do that! Humans and monsters should live together, fusing permanently would be cruel for them!" Sally said and Ace angrily barked to them.
"Oh girl... Thanks our technology monsters are able to fuse with us, that's why they become stronger, else they would be such pathetic little creatures... Join us to make real our dream and become a powerful being result of humans and monsters" the woman said.
"I refuse" Brenda said, "Me too" Sally agreed.
"Ugh... There's no case with this pair. Come on, let's to" the man said to the woman and followed the rest of the group go down in the hotel.
"I've heard that when a fusion last too long the monster's mind begins to fade and that's why the monster device stops the fusion, if they do it permanently they would become a human monster hybrid for ever and be on full control of themselves erasing the monster's mind" Brenda explained.
"They're really selfish, we should do something to stop them!" Sally planned.
"Yes, let's sneak through their plan!"
Both trainers walked to the hotel, seeing many people screaming and leaving, looking the big hole the explotion left on the floor revealing a passage, they entered inside and slowly walked to not produce any sound. Then they heard and looked at the distance the entire group running through them, now with some blueprints and papers.
"Let's hide!" Sally said looking a big box at their side, hiding there with Brenda and returning Ace to his cube.
"That should be everything" one of the members said.
"There's nothing left chief" another member holding their materials said, accidentally making one paper fell on the floor and slip through the big box without noticing.
"The Master will be very happy with all of this, let's get out of here, the only exit is through route 11" after what seemed to be the chief of the group speaked Sally heard some footsteps walking and jumping to the hole to escape the hotel, leaving an empty silence in the passage.
"All they left?" Brenda asked peeping a little under the box.
"It seems so" Sally move the box and saw that there was no one. Holding the paper on her hands that fell from the team eternity, having printed the image of a dragon, a gryphon, and a giant whale, having a message below.
These monsters have tormented us for centuries, feeling superior to us... When the permanent fusion is complete they will obey us and surrender to the powerful species we are!
"No way!" Brenda yelled.
"What's wrong?"
"They are legendary monsters, creatures that none known have fused with them, they are unique and the strongest of all monsters and help to keep the balance in the world. If they get to fuse with them we would be over!"
"That's sounds so fucked up!" Sally turned around the paper, having another message.
And when we've achieved our plan, the master will be able to fuse with the strongest of monsters, "the chimera", a monsters that very few have seen, but said has the special ability to transform into anything, any living being or monster. We would help the master to fuse with it, then she would become the strongest of all!
"The chimera monster? I've never heard of that in my life" Brenda confusedly said.
"Me neither, but sounds really problematic, let's get out of here too and go to route 11"
"Yeah, it will be better if we find them and crush them with our monsters!"
Both girls jumped out from the hole and exit the hotel, now continuing their plan to go to route 11.
