Katelynn slowly raised her hand. "I think I'd like to, Lily, but it's just all so damn nerve-wracking." The pale, blue-eyed girl began to nervously play with her light blonde ponytail.
Abbie walked over to her teammate and smiled encouragingly, showing off hir row of gleaming fangs. "It's okay, Katelynn. I promise you that the shift doesn't hurt. It's honestly really arousing."
"She's right," Lily agreed. "My transformation felt as good as sex."
"Shi's right," Selena corrected hir newest packmate. "Werehyenas are mostly female, but we're still herms. Our pronouns are shi/hir. That's S-H-I, pronounced 'shay', and H-I-R, pronounced 'hare'."
"Sorry," Lily said sheepishly. "Got it."
"That's another thing," Katelynn sighed. "The learning curve. How do I even know I'll make a good werehyena? There's so much I don't know about your ways."
"Hey, I only know the basics myself," Selena laughed. "You're really not that far behind the rest of us. Our shaman's only had a single lesson in hir craft so far. You can learn with us."
"But I'm a vegan!" Katelynn protested. "Hyenas eat meat!"
"Well, Sofia and I are Catholic," Maddison said. "That didn't stop us from joining a mostly shamanist pack."
"Yeah, but being werehyenas doesn't stop you two from going to church," Katelynn argued. "Am I gonna have to eat meat?"
"I think so," said Kadie. "These muscles require a lotta protein."
"You got that right, Kadie," said Diana. "My wolf pack is as carnivorous as they come. We like our steak, and we like it rare."
Katelynn made a face. "Ew, gross!"
"Hey, maybe you'll like meat," Chloe offered. "I didn't think I'd like having body hair, and now I can't picture my human form without it." She shifted into human form to stroke her hairy leg.
"Call that hairy, Chloe?" Riley laughed, shifting into human form. "Check out these furry gams!" Indeed, human Riley looked like a Sasquatch. Only small patches of skin were visible beneath her thick layer of reddish-brown body hair. Her wild tangle of pubes was so enormous that it spilled off of her crotch, growing over most of the buff girl's lower abdomen and inner thighs, a luxuriant and curly treasure trail climbing up to her navel. Even before Riley raised her arms, her pit hair was readily visible, but when she did lift them, the long hairs burst out like a pair of coppery fireworks. Even her nipples and chest were hairy!
"Shit!" Cassidy gasped, her mouth watering. The mohawk-sporting girl enviously fingered the curly brown hairs of her own bush. "And I thought my pubes were impressive! Can't wait until it's my turn and I become a hairy beastwoman."
Riley grinned as she twisted some of her arm hairs around her finger. "You'll need hair chews if you wanna be even close to as fucking hairy as me, of course. Transforming'll make you a little hairier, but most of us have enhanced nature with a little of Morgana's witchcraft."
"Cool!" Diana grinned. "Maybe I can try one or two. You know, to score a few social points with the ol' wolf pack."
Tatiana fluttered her dark eyes at Selena. "Maybe you should take an extra chew yourself, babe. I'd kinda like to see you as shaggy as Riley. You arethe alpha after all."
"I'm with Tats," Jenna nodded. "The hairier, the hotter!"
Katelynn was speechless for a while. She'd known she had a fetish for hairy women since middle school, and Riley looked like her personal vision of a love goddess. "W...w...wow!" she finally managed. "Maybe... maybe I can do this after all. Come on, Lily, let's do this."
