Jennifer was puffing up with wool inside her blouse and it was getting ridiculously hot and itchy. Then she saw Kyle, the author of her current misery, walking across the quad. She went and grabbed him by the arm, dragging him into one of the supply closets. "I need your help," she bleated.
"What?" Kyle said. "You want to use Transform or Dare on me, then have me transform you back?"
"I'd love to," bleated Jennifer, "but I don't have it anymore. Liz has it."
"The catgirl?" Kyle echoed. "What does she need it for? She's already a sexy cat."
Jennifer stared at him with her slotted sheep eyes. "You think she's always been a catgirl?"
"Of course," Kyle started. "She...." He looked at Jennifer. "You made her a catgirl like you're a sheepgirl?"
"She dared me to," Jennifer bleated, "but yes. Baaah!"
"What do you want me to do?" Kyle said.
"Get back the Transform or Dare!" Jennifer bleated. "Then turn me back to normal. Then I promise to use it on you and turn you into whatever your personal fantasy is. Honest."
Kyle raised his right eyebrow. "Honest? Well, I don't think I could trust you, but I'd like to get back the power. And I think I know just the right thing to deal with catgirl."
"What?"
"Catnip. And there's some growing in the 4-H garden."
Jennifer followed him to the garden where he found a small minty herb and twisted off a handfull of leaves. "Cats can't resist catnip, and I bet catgirls are the same."
Jennifer was a bit dubious. "Okay. If you say so."
She followed him through the halls, rather like a sheep, but then again, she was much more of a follower now than she'd been before. Then Kyle came upon Liz, who was brushing her long silky hair until she suddenly caught a whiff of the catnip Kyle was holding. "What is that?" she purred silkily.
"Catnip," Kyle answered.
"Give it to me," Liz begged. "It smells so good."
"No," said Kyle. "I think I'll feed it to sheep-girl there. You like eating catnip, don't you, Jennifer?"
"Baaah!" Jennifer bleated on cue, even though she was pretty indifferent to catnip.
Kyle grinned wickedly at Liz, then took one leafe and placed it on Jennifer's lips. Jennifer chewed it with malice, watching Liz.
"Noo!" wailed Liz. "No! Give it to me!"
"Won't," said Kyle, grinning, getting another leaf ready.
"Transform or Dare!" Liz said to him, staring at the catnip.
Kyle simply looked at his watch, watching it until almost but not quite a minute later, while he fed the leaves to Jennifer, and then answered "Dare" while holding up the last leaf.
"I DARE YOU TO GIVE ME THAT CATNIP!" Liz shouted, and then pounced on it as Kyle did, rubbing it all over her face, then chewing it with stoned joy.
Kyle grinned at Jennifer. "Got it."
