"Your forgiveness is that you will be left with some paltry years in relative peace without the interference of our kind. Since it is obvious that you two could not resist pleasuring the carnal urges of a mortal body, you will both share in the fate of one."
The genie felt a sudden heaviness take over her temporary, magically constructed human body. She felt the vast knowledge of immortals leaving her. She know longer felt the magic coursing through her veins or weaving through her surroundings. She no longer felt free to teleport or change or disappear. She only felt the ability to do what her bones and muscles would allow on their own.
"I am mortal," she observed.
"Indeed. You wish to seek the pleasure of mortal flesh, then you shall have it," proclaimed Abezekir.
Damon could take it no longer. Watching this was putting him to shame in ways he could not withstand.
"Now, see here, Prince ... Azeebicare, or whatever. I, I know you have authority over my partner here, and I know you think--"
"Get to the point, mortal!"
"It's my fault, okay? I wished for it. She was giving me three wishes, and sex with her was the first."
Abezekir laughed.
"Did you really think genies are powerless to avoid granting wishes if their objections are strong enough? That you could force an immortal being of immense power to take your seed? You are even baser than I thought. You are not only driven by your earthly lusts, but by a desire for dominance. A pure beast clothed in the body of a higher animal."
Damon felt magic from the prince of genies flowing into his body and settling into the inner recesses of his body, getting ready to change things.
"Please spare him, your highness," begged Janaela.
"I was going to only punish you, former genie," answered Abezekir, "sinking you to a level lower than your station, shorting your life to that of a more primitive creature. I was going to leave you to live out your lives as humans. But this one actually dared to use a great genie against her will for his immortal lusts (or at least he thought that's what he was doing). He's a fitting mate for you if I do say so myself. I won't change that, but I will change him to a lower form as well."
"What, what are you doing to me?" asked Damon, feeling woozy.
"I'm changing you both into the immodest beasts you are. You will not just be earth mortals, but earth animals. Sexual propriety is not something you will have to worry about ever again."
