As the Shockwave goes around the earth, changing everyone in its path, people's gender features completely go away, both primary and secondary sex characteristics.
Most importantly, people will be completely without any reproductive organs, internal or external. All anyone will find where their genitals are will be smooth skin, the only feature on their otherwise doll-like crotches will be a small hole to urinate through.
Secondly, people will change in appearance to be entirely androgynous. Any male or female features such as breasts, facial hair, or wide hips, will compleatly dissappear from humanity, and bone structure will change to be androgynous. Everyone will be left only with sexually neutral features.
