As soon as Sarah's fingers left contact with Genie's right nipple from sliding off, she disappeared!
Sarah's clothes then fell to the floor where she stood.
Sarah suddenly found herself inside Genie's bottle, she noticed that she was naked and through the see through walls of the bottle she could see her sisters breasts touching the bottle walls.
