For a moment, no one can react. You expected the serum to do something, but to make a werewolf coherent? That was far beyond anything anyone had achieved in two years of effort. Before you can stop him, Greg presses the intercom switch and speaks into the microphone that connects to the secure room.
"Who are you? What do you remember?!" Greg asks desperately.
The injected werewolf is a little startled at the sudden voice, then realizes that there is a group of people staring at it from the other side of the very thick glass. However, before it can provide a response, it looks down at its naked body in shock. Not knowing what its original form looked like, you are not sure how confused the subject is by what they are seeing. That all changes when the subject spots its tail, and obvious horror dawns in its eyes.
"What the hell did you do to me?!!" the subject snarls loudly, becoming quite agitated. Maya is still glued to the glass, not speaking and appearing to not even blink. You can hear the murmur of the higher-ups behind you discussing the situation. None of you yet have the thought of stopping Greg.
"You have to try to remember! What was your name? Where is your family?!" Greg showers the subject with desperate questions, his voice rising with his own emotions. But it is no use. The initial panic the subject displayed is slowly morphing into anger.
"What the hell did you people do to me?!!! Let me go, dammit! Change me back! I'll kill you all!!" The subject struggles madly against the restraints, which began to creak ominously. Its muscles seem to distort, some expanding and appearing to ripple under the skin. The subject's form, which was more humanoid than previously, strangely stretches and contorts. In spite of yourself, you take a step back, intimidated.
"You do remember something!! You must! Tell me what you remember!!!" Greg was now shouting into the intercom, just as oblivious to reason as the subject.
"Greg! You have to--" before you can say "calm down," you hear a large crash from the secure room and look back through the glass.
