As you take count of all the shirts in your possession, One happens to catch your eye. You notice most are a certain color with some possessing words or items on them. But the one you notice is a t-shirt that's right half is black while it's left half is white. Two words are written on it "opposites attract" as you wonder what that means you look for other shirts like it. The only shirts you can find that are two colors are ones that are white on the top half but a variety of different colors on the bottom truly making this shirt unique. As you set the multi colored shirts in one pile you wonder if the opposites attract shirt would go into this pile. You hold the shirt up as you stare at it unable to reach a conclusion, You shrug your shoulders "Oh well, only one way to find out." You say to yourself as you bring the shirt over your head.
You slid the shirt on with minimal effort, as you open your eyes and notice the hair hanging from your head is a light silver. You use your right hand to pull some of the hair in front of your face to take a closer look at it. "Huh, it just changes my hair color, I guess that's kinda cool." You say outlook. "Yea I thought it would do more." You heard your own voice say from your left. Your startled by the sudden words of someone else in the room so you quickly turn to face them. As you glare to your left you see a head identical to yours but with black hair instead of your new silver. As you continue to stare you notice that this new head was connected to your own body making you a conjoined twin. You and your new head glanced down at your singular body and tried to find any other new body parts. After glaring for awhile you both decide that aside from this new head, your body was completely normal.
"So which one of us is the real one?" You ask pointing between you and your black haired twin.
"I think we both are." She answers you.
As you heard her response you felt like she was wrong. How could you both be the original if there was only one you a couple seconds ago. You knew she was wrong because of your memories, how could she possibly be you if only you had these memories.
"I think I might be the original actually, I remember coming back from the closed shop earlier." You say trying to convince your twin how you're the original.
"Yea I know, I have the same memories." She stated back as she glared at you, annoyed by you trying to prove your point.
"What? that's not possible, that's MY memory." You stated, stomping your right foot down angrily.
"How do you know those aren't MY memories you have?" She stomps your left foot down at you angering you more.
"Look let's just take this stupid shirt off, clearly it doesn't do anything useful." You try to reason with your twin.
"Gladly, I was tired of you anyways." Your black hair sister retorts.
You reach into the shirt and try to pull it up with your right hand but the shirt stretches as your left hand pulls it down.
"What are you doing?" You ask as you glare to your left.
"Pulling the shirt down, that way we don't risk merging with each other, I don't want to be any closer to you than I already am." She tugged the shirt downwards to emphasize her point.
"What? Your so stupid, we won't merge, you'll just disappear from my body. Now stop fighting!" You tried to yank the shirt up but your twins grip was too tight. "Let go!" You attempt to pull away from your twin while tugging on the shirt.
"You first!" She states back trying to pull herself off your body with your own left leg as she tries to yank the shirt down.
