Sam tried almost everything to calm Cinnamon down, even offering another apple which could very well get them back to normal for all Sam knew! This... did not work whatsoever. Cinammon bolted off, with the sword, leaving Sam to proceed forward alone.
The castle gates were barred, but that didn't stop Sam. A few swift kicks and the bar holding them shut gave way. Then it was on to the central tower. With its... spiral staircase. Sam tried climbing up, nearly got stuck, and doubled back. Furious, and hopped up on a mix of supressed werewolfism and horse testosterone, Sam simply began kicking the base of the tower. Again, and again, and again, without rest, for hours, until eventually, the occupant came forward.
It was the Old Man who first sold those cursed dice to Sam!?
"OK, enough already! That's all seven challenges completed. You've finished the game."
Sam shouted, "damn right I did! Now turn me back to normal!"
"Hey, don't get pushy now. Aren't you a little curious what happens on the full moon? Full wolf, or just the top half? In any case, should you wish, just walk through that portcullis, it'll send you all the way back to where this started, in my shop, looking over my wares."
The Old Man then stepped away, leaving Sam to consider that, and turning to face a wall. "It's a memory wipe and a loop back to the start of this of course, but I doubt that stubborn jerk is going to listen. Anyway, here's a gift for you."
He points a finger forward, directly at whoever it is he's speaking to, and pulls out the descriptions of dice from when this all started, flipping them over once more, with a new set suddenly described along with all the others that had been available.
DULL GREY- -2 to all rolls, but JUST ONCE you may forgo rolling and just select whichever option you prefer.
"Feel free to use those instead of what Sam picks the next time you play, or add them to your personal collection to break out at any time. That's it. That's your prize. Bye!"
