Matthew suddenly felt nauseous. She had finally felt comfortable in a female body and was just having fun. Dressing up was just role play, not an attempt to score. Perhaps she had gone too far? However the cramp in Matthew’s arm suggested that Kim agreed with Macy.
Macy must have picked up on Matthew’s reaction. ‘Not what you had in mind?’
‘I thought we were just going out to dinner then to Karaoke’
‘That would be a waste. You look gorgeous. I’m off to hunt for a man myself. It’s what Alex wants. Pity about James. He’s getting married in a week’s time. I couldn’t convince him to spread his seed while he could’
That explained why James had avoided the two of them on the trip back from the reef. Had Macy’s aggressiveness scared him off? ‘We didn’t actually discuss sex before Kim turned herself into the skinsuit’
‘Well why don’t you ask her now? You told me of your way of communicating. I’d be surprised if she didn’t want you to learn what it’s like on the other side. What do you say Kim? Are you happy for Matthew to get the full experience?’
Matthew felt nothing for about 10 seconds but then felt a single strong cramp in her right arm. In vain Matthew waited for two more cramps. They did not come.
‘Well? Did you get an answer?’ Macy demanded of Matthew
Matthew felt sure that her blush gave the answer away. ‘Kind of……..’
‘What do you mean by “Kind of”. Did she say yes or no?’
Matthew sheepishly admitted ‘She gave me one cramp……and that means yes’
Instantly a smile came to Macy’s face. ‘Well let’s go girl. I think we are going to have fun’

The Karaoke night wasn’t actually at the resort. Macy had not told Matthew that when she had agreed to go. It was at a bar in the main part of the town. It was a 10 minute taxi ride. All the way Matthew felt like telling the driver to turn around. It was only the knowledge that this was what Kim had requested that kept her silent.
Macy was doing her best to calm Matthew down. She pointed out ‘You can always back out. You can just do Karaoke then return to the resort. You don’t have to be my minder’
The bar was quite crowded. It was on the waterfront and overlooked the bay. Macy looked around before taking a seat at the bar. Not wanting to be left alone Matthew sat beside her. She was relieved to see a woman, part of a couple on the seat to her left.
‘What can I get you?’ the barman asked.
‘Those house special cocktails look nice. We’ll try two of those’ Macy replied. Matthew just shrugged her shoulders. She knew Kim enjoyed a cocktail. She also knew that she needed a few drinks inside of her to calm her nerves.
Matthew watched the barman mix the drinks. He was clearly putting on a show. She felt too scared to make eye contact with anyone else in the bar. Eventually he bought the finished drinks across. One was red and the other bright yellow both were in fancy glasses with decorations in them.
When Macy went to pay the barman shrugged her off ‘No need. It’s lady’s night. Your first drinks are on the house’
Matthew drank the red cocktail far too quickly. She actually liked it a lot. It was a Sangria of kind. She knew she had Kim’s taste-buds and Kim didn’t like beer, Matthew’s favourite drink. Before long the glass was drained. Without her asking she found the barman putting another red drink in front of her.
‘I didn’t ask…..’ Matthew began to say.
‘Compliments of the gent at the end of the bar’ The barman gave her a wink.
Matthew couldn’t help but look to where the barman had indicated. She found herself gazing at the man. His hair was short with a hint of grey. Matthew estimated he might be in his mid thirties. The man caught her looking at him and gave a smile. Matthew turned her head quickly to face Macy. ‘What do I do? I didn’t ask for this’
‘He looks nice and he is well dressed. Give him a smile back and be gracious’ At the same time Matthew felt a single cramp in her right arm. It seemed Kim agreed.
