Sue grabbed the dice and rolled. They landed, giving her the number five.
"Five," said Sue to no one in particular. Her piece glided that many spaces across the board, coming to rest on a yellow square.
Remembering what Joy had gotten from the yellow card pile, Sue flinched, but reached out and pulled out the top card despite her reservations.
"Let's see... 'Buyer beware, you are what you wear,'" she read. "What does that mean- oh. Oh, sh-" Sue was cut short mid-speech and gasped as she fell forward onto the table.
Her arms and legs seemed to disappear from within the sleeves of her top and jeans. In a moment, her clothes were empty, and the only part of her that they could see was her head, which was lying face-down on the table. Her shirt collar was sealed to her head where her neck would have been.
"I can't move!" said Sue.
Jerri, who was the closest to her, reached out and pinched at Sue's shirt. "Your body," she said, shocked. "It's disappeared."
"What do you mean?" said Sue. "You're holding it right now!"
"You mean," said Diane, twitching her tail, "you've *become* your clothes?" She stood up and strode around the table, and carefully picked Sue up by the head. She carefully folded Sue's clothing (or was it really Sue, she wondered?) so that her head was upright on the table.
"This is really uncomfortable," said Sue, then, breaking into a scream: "How am I supposed to live my life like this!?"
"I think everything goes back to normal once we finish," said Jerri. "Oh, wait... it's my turn now." And she reached for the dice.
