Lucas was certain that Beth wanted to be a Cow, but she hadn't turned herself into one, even after abdicating.
He had thought long about why that was the case, until he noticed something.
Beth could turn her Body into that of a Cow, but she could not finish the transformation on her own.
But if Lucas was in control of her Magic, then he could fully transform her Mind, completely turning her into a Cow.
He was certain that the only reason she hadn't done it herself was because her Mind would become too simple once the Transformation had reached a certain point to finish it herself.
Perhaps with Lucas' guidance and Beth's tremendous magical Powers, even transforming her Soul could be possible.
Lucas had also considered that the reason Beth permanently become a Cow may have been to assist him,
but the Soul Mark would allow him to use her Magic, even if she could no longer do so herself,
so she could rest assured and simply enjoy her Retirement in peace.
The young King stood at Beth's Bedside, watching as he slept and smiled.
After she had done so much for him, he finally had the chance to do something for her.
He raised his Hand and quietly mumbled the Spell to take control of Beth's Soul Mark.
It didn't take long for the Transformation to begin, her Body sprouting Hair and slowly changing Shape.
Once the Transformation had begun, Lucas focused on her Mind, casting the Spells that would simplify it, while ensuring she slept.
Lucas watched the Spells slowly take effect, her Body slowly shifting, Hands bunching up and hardening, while her Expression relaxed,
indicating that her Thoughts and Dreams were becoming less complicated.
The Transformation finished soon, resulting in a fully grown Dairy Cow lying in Beth's Bed.
He ensured that everything had gone correctly, before getting started on the most difficult part.
All the Research Lucas had done had made him determined to transform Beth's Soul.
If he negelected this part, then, should she pass away some day, her Spirit would enter the Afterlife of the elven God that their Kingdom worshiped, returning to the Shape of an Elf in the process and restoring her Mind.
Lucas didn't want to risk the possibility of that happening, as he believed being a Cow was what he wanted, so this step was a necessity.
He didn't intend to endanger her, and her Powers made her unaging, but he wanted to ensure that she could be what she wanted to be,
regardless of what may happen in the Future.
Lucas furrowed his Brows and concentrated, guiding Beth's Magic into casting the complicated Spells he needed.
It had taken him almost two Weeks of hard work, just to memorize the Spells and the Structure of a Cow's Soul,
but it was finally paying off, as Beth's Soul started to change Shape, the radiance coming from it dimming slightly,
shifting in colour, and becoming much calmer.
The blindingly bright Soul, emitting a feeling of arrogance and superiority, slowly changed into a calm, placid Sphere of Light.
Lucas smiled, feeling that it fit the friendly, caring Image of Beth he had in his Mind far better.
It only took a few Minutes to transform Beth's Soul, but Lucas almost collapsed once he was done, but he felt that it was all worth it.
He didn't know what kind of Afterlife awaited Cows, but he could rest assured that, should Beth ever pass away, that was where she would go.
One Week later.
Beth was grazing in the royal Garden, which had been converted into a Pasture for her.
Her small Herd of four other Cows and one Bull grazed a small Distance away from her.
She peacefully chewed the Grass, her Mind absent of thought, until she noticed that a Human had approached her.
She was curious about him, but he simply smiled and gently stroked her side, until she went back to her grazing.
Lucas smiled, feeling that he had finally repayed the former Queen.
