Ernie & Tim carried on shrinking.
They shrunk down to doll size, but didn't stop there.
They shrunk down to ant size, but they didn't stop there, either.
Soon, they became microscopic sized.
Ernie & Tim were now so tiny, the only way you could see them was with a microscope.
And still they kept shrinking. They got smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller still.
In fact, Ernie & Tim shrunk so small, they shrunk right between the molecules of the carpet, and then sunk into said carpet, almost as if they were melting into the ground.
Then, they vanished in a little puff of smoke.
The naked Ernie and Tim soon Found themselves travelling through time and space and reality themselves, and then, it began to spin.
It spun round and round, slowly at first, then faster and faster and faster and faster and faster until...
SPLASH!
They suddenly plummeted outta the sky and landed in a lake. They managed to swim to the shore and get themselves out.
Ernie and Tim heaved themselves onto the bank, and shook themselves dry, and soon realised that they had become so small, they'd shrunk through the molecules of their carpet, and ended up beyond time, space, and reality, in a strange Wonderland.
They certainly knew it was strange - the grass was blue instead of green, and the trees were purple, and curved in very bizarre angles.
"I think we've broken through reality itself." Tim said.
"I second that emotion." Ernie said.
Ernie and Tim sat on the bank and wondered what they should do.
